Don’t sleep on a tightly stuffed pillow.
In the evening, walk for at least half an hour. Doctors recommend holding your head up while walking and whistling your favorite tune. Experts believe that it is very useful to say “daaaaa” 20-30 times a day. This simple sound system trains the tongue and muscles of the throat walls, and the authors of the exercise have noticed that in some cases snoring disappears after just 1 month.
Do not eat later than 4 hours before bedtime.
Take a warm shower before going to bed.
Eat 1 boiled carrot 3 times a day before meals.
Grind, grind and mix 1 teaspoon of St. John’s wort root, sev. Soak 1 tablespoon of raw material in 200 ml of boiling water for 1 hour. Drink 1 tablespoon 5 times a day at 3-hour intervals. Continue until you get a positive result.
